All attendees of Furry Fiesta (except minors attending with a parent/guardian) will be required to present a single government-issued photo ID at registration which clearly states their full legal name and date of birth. Examples of valid photo identification include: photo ID issued by DPS or DMV office, driver’s license, military ID, passport, etc. Examples of IDs that are NOT valid include: school ID, employee ID or any other ID that is either not issued by the government or not a photo ID with full legal name and date of birth. Any person who does not present such photo ID will not be allowed to complete the on-site portion of registration or be granted a convention badge.
Registration Levels
Attending – $60 $80 starting 12/1/2024; $100 after 3/27/2025
Attending level grants you access to all panels and events and includes a con badge, digital downloadable con book, and a mini schedule.
Sponsor – $120 $160 starting 12/1/2024; $180 after 3/27/2025
Sponsors are those people who decide to give a little extra and help us get a head-start on next year. These valued attendees will receive everything Attending level does plus a limited edition bag, a Furry Fiesta T-shirt*, a Furry Fiesta lanyard, and a printed con book.
Super Sponsor – $240 $320 starting 12/1/2024; $360 after 3/27/2025
Super Sponsors are for generous attendees who really want to help make this year and next extra special. These exceptional attendees will receive everything Sponsor level does* plus an additional exclusive Super Sponsor art print, preferential seating at popular events, optional Guest of Honor dinner**, a challenge coin and any other goodies we can come up with. Plus the recognition of being one of the few who help us really shine!
Lone Star Sponsor – $1000
Lone Star Sponsors are those rarified few who go above and beyond to support Furry Fiesta. These incredible attendees show that everything is bigger in Texas, especially generosity. Lone Star Sponsors receive everything a Super Sponsor does** plus one additional very special gift. More importantly, these attendees know that their generosity has helped radically improve the convention for everyone.
Day Passes – $50 Friday, $60 Saturday, $40 Sunday
Day passes will be available on-site only and will be available for purchase on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
* Sponsors and Super Sponsors will be given a voucher to redeem for one T-Shirt at Con Store in the Dealers Den. This voucher expires at the end of the convention, and will not be redeemable after the event is over. You must present your voucher at Con Store during the convention to receive a T-Shirt. Lone Star Sponsors will continue to be given their T-Shirt in Registration with their bag of swag.
** The Guest of Honor dinner is limited to about 200 attendees, and once it sells out, it’s sold out. If you want to attend this dinner, please register early. You can still register as a Super Sponsor or Lone Star Sponsor even if the dinner has sold out.

Minors
All attendees under the age of 18 will be issued a minor badge.
Attendees 16 or 17 years of age on or before 4/10/2025
Minors who are 16 or 17 years of age may register and pay online, however they must complete and notarize the Parental Permission For Minor To Attend Furry Fiesta form and bring it with them to Registration or The parent or guardian must attend in person and complete the Permission For Minor To Attend Furry Fiesta form in front of convention staff. A parent or legal guardian will need to register, but does not have to pay for registration. If you are 16 or 17 years of age, and you fail to bring a notarized form, or bring your parent or guardian along with you, you will be turned away at the door.
Attendees 15 years of age or younger on or before 4/10/2025
Attendees of age 15 and under may attend for $5 as long as they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Note that a parent or guardian must pay for registration and attend with you and escort you at all times in convention spaces.
Refunds
Please note that we will only accept refund requests until April 7, 2025. After this date, we will no longer accept refund requests.
As much as we hope everyone planning to come to Texas Furry Fiesta can attend, we understand that people have events in their life that make them unable to attend even after they have registered.
We cannot accept requests made by private message on Twitter, Telegram or any other methods. Refund and rollover requests must be made by email to registration@furryfiesta.org. Please send the following information:
- LEGAL NAME
- BADGE NAME
- EMAIL used to register
Refunds and rollovers must be requested from the email address used to register. Failure to do so will delay the processing of your refund.
If you purchase registration for someone else, it belongs to them, and they have the right to decide if and how they wish their registration refunded or transferred, subject to the refund/rollover rules.
Texas Furry Fiesta will attempt to issue a refund in the manner it was paid for. Due to the policies of credit card companies, any refund requests received 120 days or more after payment cannot be refunded by credit cards. Texas Furry Fiesta will mail a check in these instances.
Refunds AFTER April 7, 2025
For those who find that they will be unable to attend the convention after the refund deadline, you may request that your registration be rolled over to the following year. Rollovers have no cash value, cannot be refunded at any time, and will only be good for the following convention year. If the rollover is not used the following year it will be forfeit. At the conventions discretion, we may elect to issue a refund in lieu of rollover. Requests for deferring your registration must be received on or before midnight (GMT-6) April 7, 2025. After this date, rollover requests will not be granted.
