Furry Fiesta 2026 will be held at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel in downtown Dallas, TX, Thursday, March 26 - Sunday, March 29, 2026. The Sheraton Dallas boasts over 220,000 sq ft of convention meeting space and over 1800 guest rooms.

Reservation Notes
The “cut-off date” for reserving rooms in the Room Block is 5:00 PM Central on Monday, March 4, 2026. After the cut-off date, it is at the Hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, and the above-listed block rates are not guaranteed. Block Rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after our event, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.
A deposit equal to 1-night room rate plus taxes is required and due at the time of booking.
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours after your reservation is made. If the credit card information provided is invalid or the charge is declined, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of your deposit if your reservation is canceled before February 26th, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your card.
Starting February 27th, 2026, the one-night deposit becomes non-refundable. You may still cancel your reservation and forfeit your deposit with no additional penalty up to the arrival date.
Dallas Suites
We have a limited number of Dallas Suites in our block. If interested please book a traditional room under our block, then fill out this application by December 1, 2025. If selected, your reservation will be upgraded to the Dallas suite, and you will be charged the difference for your deposit.
Check-in Details
Upon check-in an authorization request will be placed on your credit or debit card (where accepted) in an amount equal to the cost of the room, tax, and incidental charges for the length of stay (up to seven nights). If your stay exceed seven nights, an additional authorization may be requested for the entire amount of your stay (room, tax and incidentals). Upon check-out, your payment card will be charged for the actual amount incurred during your stay.
You can check in after 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Express check-in and check-out and contactless check-in and check-out are available.
Government-issued photo ID will be required – the name must match your reservation. Minimum check-in age is 18.
Pets
Pets are allowed (up to 50 lbs per pet, and restrictions apply). Pets must be supervised. There’s a charge of $150 per pet per stay. Pets are not allowed in convention space. Service animals are welcome. Service animals are exempt from fees.
Room Amenities
There are no microwaves or refrigerators in the traditional rooms. Some rooms or suites have a wine cooler style fridge only – it is insufficient to cool lunch meats, etc. Please visit the hotel website for general information about the hotel, such as room amenities.
