Double-A Trading Post

Welcome to Amarillo Armadillo’s Double-A Trading Post! If you’d like to trade some of your cool collectibles with other folks at TFF, The Double A. Trading Post is here for you! The trading post is intended to be a casual place where anyone can come set up and trade their gear for other cool gear with other con-goers! Trade away the things you don’t want for things you do with people of a similar mind.

Layout

The Trading Post will be a set of tables in the large open area outside of the Dealers Den, adjacent to Artist Alley; traders can claim a section by coming and seeing a staff or volunteer member at the head of the tables.

Once you have acknowledged the rules and claimed your spot, you can lay out your goods and trade for as long as you like while the Trading Post is open.

But be aware, there are NO CASH TRANSACTIONS of any kind in this area, only the good ol’ art of the trade!

Rules

Please keep in mind these rules are to keep TFF safe, fun, and for everyone! Bypassing these rules or breaking them may result in ejection from the Trading Post.

• You must see the current staff or volunteer worker at the lead table to secure a spot. If there are no spots open, you will need to trade goods with the con-goers at the tables.
• To avoid overspill and keep other areas free for other activities, please keep all trading within the designated Trading Post area.
• You may trade in items such as artwork, toys, gear, etc. but we must ask you to be careful and only trade in consumable goods if the package is sealed. Also, all pharmaceuticals are not eligible for trade at any table.
• There are to be no cash transactions in any way, shape, or form.
• While we understand not everyone has unlimited funds and it is okay to trade artwork and sketches for goods, you may not take any cash commissions while trading. If you want to take cash commissions you will need to do so separately from the Trading Post.
