Remember, if you will be 16 or 17 years of age on 02/20/2009, either a parent or legal guardian must register and attend with you or you must bring a completed and notarized Parental Consent Form with you to the con.

If you will be 15 years of age or younger on 02/20/2009, you must have a parent or legal guardian register and attend with you.
