Reservation Notes

The cut-off date for reserving rooms in the room block is 5:00 PM Central on Monday, March 17, 2025. After the cut-off date, it is at the hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, and the above-listed block rates are not guaranteed. Block Rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after our event, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.

A deposit equal to 1 night’s stay plus taxes & fees is required at the time of booking for all reservations booked under the Attendee block.

Your credit card will be charged within 48 business hours after your reservation is made. If the credit card information given is invalid or the charge is declined, the reservation will be automatically canceled. You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of your deposit if your reservation is canceled before March 17th, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your card.

Starting March 18th, 2025, the one night deposit becomes non-refundable. You may still cancel your reservation and forfeit your deposit with no additional fee up to the arrival date.

Dallas Suites

We have a limited number of Dallas Suites in our block. If interested please book a traditional room under our block, then fill out this application by December 1, 2024. If selected, your reservation will be upgraded to the Dallas suite, and you will be charged the difference for your deposit.

Check-in Details

A card must be presented at check-in for incidental charges of $50 a night. It can be the same card used to reserve the room or a different card. We recommend using a credit card so that your bank funds are not tied up. The incidental will be returned to you upon checkout and will be available in your account in 3 to 5 business days.

Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Express check-in and check-out and contactless check-in and check-out are available. Government-issued photo ID will be required; the name must match your reservation. Minimum check-in age is 18.

Pets

Pets are allowed (up to 35 lbs per pet, and restrictions apply). Pets must be supervised. There’s a charge of $150 per pet per stay. Pets are not allowed in convention space. Service animals are welcome. Service animals are exempt from fees.

Room Amenities

There are no microwaves or refrigerators in the traditional rooms. Some rooms or suites have a wine cooler style fridge only – it is insufficient to cool lunch meats, etc. Please visit the hotel website for general information about the hotel, such as room amenities.

Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours before check in. Upon early departure, an Early Departure Charge of one night room and applicable tax may apply. Bonvoy members receive complimentary guest room internet access.

Parking

• Daily Valet Parking: $22.00, plus Tax (includes in/out privileges)
• Overnight Valet Parking: $42.00, plus tax (includes in/out privileges)

Convention Access

Easy access across skybridge to the Sheraton / Convention space! Start at the 2nd floor hotel side past the hotel elevators, take the Skywalk and then the first right inside the Skywalk. This leads you to the Plaza of the Americas. The Marriott is attached to this shopping area on the left upon entering.

Group attendees may wear costumes and fursuits in public areas of the hotel but must remove heads upon entering the Plaza of the Americas.
